House Rules • Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. • No loud noise or music past 10 PM • Please be sure to unplug the pergola/backyard lights when not in use. Please don’t leave them on all night. • Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven. • Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. • No Shoes inside the property. • No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays without prior approval. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. • Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM • Checkout time is 10 AM. • No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to charge $100/person for the extra guest/s or cancel your reservation) • No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture • No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. • No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) • No Pets • No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking • Maximum of only 4 vehicles can park on the driveway • No climbing, walking or jumping off the rocks on the waterfalls as they may come loose. Will charge the guest full amount of repairs if this happens. ***We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken*** These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
